I spent years working as an estate manager across some of the Peninsula's most significant private residences. What I noticed was a gap. The kind of hands-on, detail-driven care that these homes genuinely required simply wasn't being offered as a standalone service.
So I built it.
Every property I represent is treated as if it were my own responsibility — because it is. I know what it means to walk into a home that has been properly looked after, and I know the difference between a property that has been managed and one that has been cared for. The Mornington Peninsula is home to some of Victoria's most significant private residential properties — coastal estates, hinterland retreats, working farms and architectural homes that have been in families for generations. Many are used intermittently, visited throughout the year, and held as much for their personal meaning as their financial value.
